I recently visited McDonald’s at 392 N Sam Houston Pkwy E, TX (Store #26850) and had a very disappointing experience with an employee named Kim (or Ms. Kim). Upon entering, Kim was mopping the floor, and I did not see a caution sign indicating a wet floor. When my family and I began ordering, she displayed a rude attitude, failed to greet us, and was generally unprofessional.
