The old lady with the thick glasses by the name of Kim, working the first window drive-thru at 8:40 PM on 06/30/2025, was VERY disrespectful, racist, and unprofessional. I placed a mobile order for my family to pick up, and she rushed and yelled at them, unwarranted. She was behaving extremely unhinged, waving her arms, and kept repeating, “I have customers in line.” while my mom was just trying to clarify that the order was the correct one because it didn’t print correctly on the receipt.
