my daughter loves this place
Classic McDonald’s experience—fast service, decent food, and a clean dining area. The fries were fresh and crispy, and my order was correct, which is always a plus. The only downside was that the drive-thru was a bit slow during peak hours. Overall, a solid visit!
Went to drive thru for fries & shamrock shake (2nd McDonald's went to in search of shake). Ordered, was told amount & pulled up in line. First window where sometimes pay looked like a storage room & no one was there, so pulled up with rest of line. Once to window where get food, someone was at other window collecting money. Looking inside, both areas looked dirty, as if trash strike was in progress. Won't go back there. Was almost $10!
They were very busy and short-staffed but I also work in food and I understand. They apologized and they made sure that I had the best experience with my kids and they were trying to make them laugh as they brought the food out. Of all the McDonald's in the area this one seems to be the better of the six around the Clifton Park and halfmoon area. Not sure what has changed in the past few months but keep up the great work.
Took over 15 minutes un drive thru to get to the second window with one car ahead of me waiting to the side. I ordered a caramel frappe, with extra caramel and was told after 10 minutes that they didn't have it and I could only have a mocha one. I paid for the extra caramel. Don't like mocha.
