I’ve been a long-time customer of this restaurant, and not only that, I’m a very active one. Eating at McDonald’s is something I do almost every day, and I find it unacceptable that whenever I order table service, they never bring the drink already prepared — they just bring an empty cup. It’s ridiculous. I usually try to convince myself that maybe they’re busy, but even when the restaurant is practically empty, it’s always the same situation. Sometimes stop by here when picking up things at this Wal-Mart. Wanted to try the new Big Arch Burger and it was pretty good. My visits here is good; service is fast and professional.
They placed a purchase order for me, one for a dollar, and they didn't give me the others after charging me for the hamburgers.
