Came here to pick up a doordash order at 10pm. Door was locked so I went to the drive-thru (both lanes were backed up). Guy at the speaker told me to pull up to the second window for the order. After about 20 min of waiting, I get to the window only for them to tell me that I had to come inside to pick up the order. Mind you the door I tried opening was locked. I was doing doordash and after 20-30 minutes of waiting they told me the order wasn’t in their system, okay whatever. I went to ask if I could order with them since doordash gave me the option to and the dirty blonde hair white girl I believe she’s the manager was very rude and told me that I couldn’t do what doordash told me to do so I just cancelled the order but I felt terrible because the customer was so nice and she was very patient.

Today around 7:25pm I had a very BAD experience dinning inside. Staff was not helpful, the food was not fresh, the fries themselves tasted old, cold and crunchy with a dryness, without any flavor at all of course not even to mention,I guess. Anyway, I highly doubt my family and I will go there again. I didn't stay long because there were dirty tables and it just wasn't a good experience at all.

I think when someone orders creamer on their DoorDash order, McDonalds would do so. Nope!!! These guys FAIL and SUCK at listening to orders and getting what the customers want. Tired of reading this fake reviews of people saying this store has good service.
