I asked for a straw in the drive through tonight because there wasn't one in the bag. The lady ran off for a minute before coming back to throw a large wad of straws in my truck. Sadly it's not the first time I've had terrible service at this location .
When going to Mc.D's, I don't expect much. The last few times I went, it's been the same thing. When I ordered a Frappe or any drink, it was messy and sticky all over. I asked for napkins before they handed the drink to me. Normally, this would call for wiping the drink off. Nope, they would hand it to me with the chocolate dripping/ syrup dripping down towards me, so that is what I have to grab. Is it so hard to train people to have basic pride in their work. Every time I've gone here there's been something wrong with my order. My most recent experience is when I ordered 2 small fries no salt and when my order was brought out the lady asked if I had a medium. I said no and she asked if I would still take the medium saying it was the same. I know it's not and stated as such and she still made me take it. I was to tired that night to argue about it but the service here is unacceptable.

Wrong order. Wouldn't correct. I asked for 3 sausage biscuits and got 2. They argued with me. Ruined my morning.
