First the person taking our order did not understand that we wanted a meal. Then while attempting correction added to many things to our order. At the cashier we tried to make things correct. I ended up not getting my large drink and paying for 10 extra nuggets I didn't order. When I asked for my large drink they told me I couldn't get it. After all that when we went to eat our food the fries were raw and soggy. Worst McDonald's experience I've had.
Called to complain about my order not being done right, when I talked to the manager Tracy that works there she decided that it was just okay to hang up on me and said oh well we already got your money.
I ordered a quarter pounder cheese meal combo she asked me to pull forward to a parking spot so I did I sat in that parking spot for 10 minutes I called the restaurant said it should be out another couple of minutes went by and I am working I am out here seeing patients I understand that they got busy but when she told me that they were going to be making my sandwich fresh and that's why I needed to pull over it does not take 12 minutes to cook a quarter pounder with cheese, when I finally got my food the quarter pounder and... read more
Ordered my food at 2:25pm 7/11/25 In the drive-thru was ask to pull forward to a waiting spot. Waited 15 minutes for them to come out and ask to see my receipt because they didn't know what I ordered. I have waited another 15 minutes with no one bringing my order out . I went in to find out i wasn't the only one that had been waiting this long. When I finally got my food people were cheering for me. Total time for me was 35 minutes .
