I just visited this McDonald’s a few minutes ago and had a very frustrating experience. I went through the drive-thru and clearly told the employee taking my order that I wanted a plain fish sandwich—no cheese, no sauce. When I received my order, there was cheese on my sandwich. I went inside to explain the mistake. The drive-thru was busy, so I waited patiently and even ordered another large fries while waiting. Vanilla is out of stock most times
The food was cold and I asked that there be no salt on the fries but there was.
No parking around and the service is not fast enough to allow move on
Manager stopped me from ordering at the kiosk today. Told me I couldn't use my points and I'd lose them if I ordered. I was confused and said I was using my a monopoly reward. She said ok, that's fine and walked away. Came back after and said if I order, they won't provide me with the food I ordered.
