Service and food are extremely hit or miss. Your employees have attitudes and need training on how to speak to customers. Don't waste your time with their iced coffee - they won't even put the caramel you paid for in it. Good luck if you go.
They will forget half of your food about 75% of the time. So expect to go back or be without. And if you door dash, expect it cold and things to be missing. It's apparently too hard to read the checklist of items before sending it out. Just dogshit service.
