I was at this restaurant for about 20 minutes waiting for a DoorDash order. I told the Manager it wouldn't have been so bad except my customer was told over 10 minutes ago their order was ready. They McDonalds isn't getting in trouble I am. Customer wondering why I haven't left if the order is ready. I did tell her to have a good day and I hope it got better. I think the counter customer service sucks because they are all focused on Drivethru. It's not fair if the order isn't ready don't push the button.
The restaurant was one of the filthiest I've ever been in. All trash cans were over filled and every single table in the place was dirty. Food was very slow to be ready for me as well.
if I can leave the most -0 I would the girl rushed me whenever I was ordering and whenever I got to the window, she was very rude snatched the cord out of my hand and then whenever I got to get my food, she told me she was gonna charge me for the sauces which I get that they have to do that but the one in Elm Grove would never and whenever I got my food the fries had black dots on them. My friends big Mac did not have cheese on it. I show a poem. I’m so pissed off.
Sat in drive through 30 minutes or better and no one took mine or roughly the 6 other vehicles there order do not recommend this location
