McDonald's has really gone down hill over the years. The self serve kiosks are terrible. They take 4x the amount of time or more to order on vs just ordering from an employee up front. It's difficult to get an employee to help up front, they want you to muddle your way through the kiosks yourself instead of having any customer interaction. McDonald's also got rid of drink machines / condiments in the lobby, so you have to wait forever at the front desk for those things. Waited for about 10 minutes in the drive thru only to find out that this place charges $.15 per ketchup packet charginge for 3 and only having 1 in my bag when I got home. Thanks McDonald.
The quality of food at this McDonald’s is horrible. The fries are ALWAYS saggy and cold. My order from today had saggy/cold fries and cold burnt nuggets. Total waste of money. This restaurant needs more training. People don’t want to waste their hard earned money on nasty food.
