The McDonald’s app allowed me to order breakfast and pay for it at 10:25am, but when I got there to pick it up at 10:34am, they REFUSED to give me my food, but would not refund my money. They told me to call McDonald’s corporate office to get my money back. The girl in the drive thru was beyond rude about it. Are you serious McDonald’s?? Pulled in for a mobile order that was already paid for and accepted and was met with no response on the drive-thru speaker then met with them turning the screens off. Locked doors which is valid due to it being 11pm but then an employee waves us out of the drive-thru with no explanation. Hopefully the employees learn how to use their big boy words and actually communicate sometime, I wouldn’t have cared one bit with even the most fraudulent explanation as long as I were given one, ridiculous.
