So I went to this McDonald’s at a dropping off my husband at work and I decided to get a hot case of sausage so I ordered this my food and I drove away and then I went to go over my food and noticed hey I ordered the hot cakes and sausage, but only received a hot cakes so I didn’t go very far and as I went back there I told him that they didn’t give my sausage and apparently the manager was already going through the receipts The associate never gave me a receipt. “Overall, my experience wasn’t bad. However, I think it would help if employees were more direct about whether condiments have an extra charge. When I asked for them, I was told they would be added to the bag, but they weren’t included because there’s a 30¢ fee for each. Clear communication about this upfront would improve the experience.”

The manger handed me my food and all she said was 2 fish filets. No thank you. The young man employee who held the door open told me to have a nice day. He can teach the manger customer service.

Unfortunately, I got an awful glass of sweet tea from the Kyrene and Guadalupe location, but couldn’t turn around because I had an appointment to make. I stopped in at this location and was lucky enough to speak with Erica who quickly remedy my order! Thanks for being awesome, Erica!
