Update from previous review today is 8/16/25 @ 5:10pm and I just want to say how helpful the manger on duty Anya (hope I got their name right) was like they went above and beyond to help me. For some reason I was trying to order on the app and it kept saying that I had an order already in progress but I didn't. So Anya helped me by putting my order in for what I would have got it for on the app. Anya has wonderful customer service skills and she was so quick on getting my order to me! This place has gone down hill fast, food quality and service. Can’t get an order right and then dumped my fries upside down in the bag! Thanks for nothing! Managers owners need to read these reviews because they should be embarrassed
So I ordered my food on doordash and there were items missing but doordash does the bare minimum to help you. I tried calling this location but no one answered so I ended up driving to the location where my order got messed up and thank goodness I did because KK (that's her nickname) and Courtney went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help me.
