This place has gone down hill fast, food quality and service. Can’t get an order right and then dumped my fries upside down in the bag! Thanks for nothing! Managers owners need to read these reviews because they should be embarrassed
So I ordered my food on doordash and there were items missing but doordash does the bare minimum to help you. I tried calling this location but no one answered so I ended up driving to the location where my order got messed up and thank goodness I did because KK (that's her nickname) and Courtney went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help me. Love this location!!! They are always on top of their game, especially when busy! Not sure if they changed owners or new management but it has unfortunately gotten slower and longer to get my food. But I will keep coming back, thankfully this location is better than the one over by seven hills.
I was hoping this location would have gotten better from the last time I ordered from them, a year ago. I usually don't drive down 41 for work. But, traffic was backed up on I-75 south and 41 was backed up as well. It turned out to be a huge disappointment. I even called the store to let them know. You get a voicemail to leave a message and I asked for them to return my call. I used the mobile app and placed a curbside order. It was super fast and a friendly young lady brought out my bag.
