This the worst McDs in North America. Drive thru takes like 30 minutes every time and stuff is usually wrong. Who runs this thing
Just ordered a 4 piece chicken nugget…I pulled the box straight out of the bag they handed me and opened the box to see 2 full nuggets, 1 nugget with a bite out of it and a half used, open pack of golden sauce. We immediately turned around to return it. I can’t even describe how utterly disgusting that was.
It is absolutely ridiculous that anyone would have to wait for 20 minutes plus at a drive-thru line, much less someone who placed mobile order and is stuck in line because they've already prepaid. Yes that's my fault for you know prepaying but there should be a way to pick up the order and not have to sit through this long line and you have the Karen's behind them blowing up their cars it's horn at you because you got into line like you're supposed to and she thought she should go in front of you. She's in the picture.
I've been to this McDonalds a couple of times. Sign says lobby closes at 11pm on weekends. However, they always have the doors locked. I came today at 8:30pm and doors were already locked. Drive thru is slow. Customer service is non existent.
