I am absolutely blown away by the incompetence of seemingly every single person employed at this McDonald's. How is it a 20 minutes wait for 2 cheeseburgers and you still get it wrong? Why is the drive thru empty but no one is there to answer the machine? It is honestly impressive just how awful the complete experience is.

I went to McDonald’s last night on the way to practice and went through a very busy drive-thru. Having worked fast food before, I know how it goes, so I was patient. The guy taking my order was rude, but I brushed it off. I was told to pull up and wait, which I did since the kids were hungry. A young man brought out the wrong order 4 times but never asked what I was waiting for, even though some items were things I had ordered. Frustrated, I went inside.
