Went on Monday 2pm, to Mcdonalds on Ray and the 24 Gateway fwy, ordered a Big Mac no middle bun, with fries. She repeated was that a #1. I told her it was just Big Mac no muddle bun with fries. Got to window paid, asked did they get the no middle bun, she says yes. Headed to second window to pick up order, the gentlemen hand's me 2 bags, thought that's odd, asked him if there was no middle bun. The French fries are always great. The Sweet tea has changed recently, which is sad. I liked the original version. Other than that, service is good.
If I could rate this McDonald’s a ZERO STAR I would. Walked up at 9pm doors locked. Went through drive through after working an 11 hour day… specifically stated I would happily wait for fresh nuggets and fries. And in fact sat in the drive thru for at least 15 min thinking great it will be fresh. I refuse to pay what fast food costs for cold and old food. **Terrible experience! I waited over 20 minutes with no line, and the service was painfully slow. Beware: the employees at the food window displayed racist behavior! Plus, it's not kid-friendly—no play area at all. Avoid this place!**
