Twice now i have used the app and gone to pick up my order and they say they can't use it. They already charged my card and just have no clue what to do. The manager is no where to be found and wants me to come inside instead of to the window because why would i go through the drive thru if I had the time to go inside? I waited over 25 minutes for my order at curbside and when I went in to try and ask about it, I was met with rude behavior from the employees. No one there seemed to care that they were taking so long. They all moved around like there was no urgency even though their drive thru lane was packed. It was a complete mess. Never will go back!
It’s McDonalds, not much to really say to do here. I will say this location is rough to get into turn wise. Food is usually hot and breakfast has been better than lunch food. Overall, good but still just McDonalds.
