I don’t usually leave reviews, but I was disappointed with the service at this location. All I ordered was an iced latte with light caramel syrup. Instead, I was given a hot latte with the regular amount of caramel syrup, which was way too sweet. When I pointed out that my order was incorrect, the employee responded with an attitude and insisted that I had asked for it hot, which I did not. Rather than argue, I just took the drink and left. Absolutely horrible service, stood in line to order in person 3 people in front of me and no one taking orders so we ordered on the computer. Took over 20 minutes for the food to come out and they forgot our drinks not big deal except they were so rude to us coming up to the counter to ask for our drinks and some jelly. Also half of my scrambled eggs were folded eggs instead.
This store always...and I do mean always get my food wrong...i feel that since I'm a trucker, they know I won't check the bag until I'm on the road...I must start checking my food before I leave...smh...just quit if you don't like your job...not fair to the millions of customers that you get the food wrong...
worst customer service ever, night crew on 6/25 👎👎👎 rude attitude and the food was all wrong, never coming to this location ever again.
