On Saturday evening you are doing cash only and charging full price despite deals listed on the menu. You have to honor pricing that is advertised on location. No receipt. Just close. Your owner will understand or have their franchise agreement pulled. Now you park people for 10 min plus. Fast food.. I could have gone to chilis

The order was extremely simple, a pickup order, a cheese burger with no onions, big mac, 2 drinks, and an ice cream. You’d think that when you order drive thru and they tell you to pull to the side, you’re waiting on the ice cream. The ice cream was the first to come out along with drinks. Then I was required to pull to the side and wait. When I pulled to the side there was about 5 cars there that were waiting for who knows how long. I waited 30 minutes! Have lived in the area near this McDonald’s for over 6 years now. Most of the time the previous staff for years were friendly and they even knew my order. Haven’t been to this location in a while and the staff that was there this morning was extremely rude. I pulled up to the speaker, got no greeting, just got “ what do you want” and I said “ a medium mocha please” and with attitude the person said “pull to the 2nd window”. Seems to be spiraling downward in politeness and service. I've never seen more unhappy people. Prices are mid range. My orders keep getting mixed up with other orders. I suggest the owner should speak about quality service. There's other McDonald's around I can visit. 3-19-26 Stopped by to pick up breakfast for family. Ordered sausage McMuffin and a biscuit. I have been going to this McDonalds for over 20 years and most days twice a day. I went thru tonight 3/17/26 at about 8pm for my grandson and ordered a #6 Ranch Snack Wrap meal large size with a Dr. Pepper. When I got to the pick-up window I ask the manager (?) for Ranch for the fries and was told no I had to pay for it. I've never had this issue before at this McDonalds and I always get ranch for my grandsons fries. All I needed was 2 ranch cups for a large fry instead of catsup.
