We came to McDonald’s at 8:20pm and we’ve been waiting in the driveway thru line for 30 minutes! They are helping people coming in but not helping the 6 cars that have been waiting out here forever. I went inside to ask what’s going on and they said they’re busy with no eta. Now 2 cars behind me got their food and still nothing it’s so frustrating! They need to shut down the drive thru if they can’t handle orders - this is all over 2 chicken nugget meals.
Great place to enjoy lunch with my granddaughter.
It’s a McDonalds, so there’s that, and the kids love it. I am reviewing the drive thru. These people get it. They have been trained well in serving customers with a smile, friendliness, professionalism and thoroughness, and I appreciate it. They care about their work. More establishments can take a lesson from the drive-thru workers at this location.
Spent 15 minutes in drive thru for 2 coffees and 2 Apple pies, 5min drive home and find apple pies dried out and hard and were supposed to be eatin by 641am but it was 1040am when we purchased them!!! See photo, waist of time and money!
