Over 35 minutes waiting in the lobby for food. No one addressed us at all. Kids in the back throwing wrappers and laughing with each other, flirting, not paying any attention. Finally recieved... cold food. Not cool.

Bunch of kids that want to waste your time and play around in front of customers. No seriousness whatsoever. Multiple people upset in the lobby waiting for food while the employees play around and make us wait 20 mins for 2 cheeseburgers.

Waited for a curbside order for over 30 minutes in 101° heat. Finally went in and the staff seemed to have no idea that people were waiting, extremely dismissive. On top of that our order was messed up
