Drive through is a joke. Order is never provided at the window. Always asking people to wait at curbside (conveniently renamed as drive through)… If I wanted curbside I would have selected curbside.
Waiting everybody was looking at me the girls in the kitchen need to be fired cause they were being very rude to me I told them like 2 time can u get somebody to pay they said yea so I waited and still nobody came so I know y’all need to fire some people
My last time at this location, I ordered through the app and went in to pick up my order at the counter. They gave me my food but didn't give me my drink. I asked for a cup to get my drink and was informed they don't do that anymore and I had to get the drink from them. Okay. I have since googled that and it checks out. But I asked for my drink again, and they said they were "working on it." Except I just kept standing there waiting, three employees were just standing around, and no drink materialized.
