The service i received from the blue haired manager was appalling i’ve been coming here for years no issues and with this girl i was told to get out and not come back because i wanted my sandwhich remade because they messed it up. I wasn’t even angry just politely showed her the sandwhich and asked if i could have it remade to which this girl got annoyed or upset and told me there was nothing wrong when there clearly was. DO NOT VISIT THIS LOCATION! My order was stolen while I was seated and the manager didn’t remake nor refund me, instead decided to blame me and was very disrespectful. Such scammy behavior, AVOID AT ALL COSTS. The manager’s name is Riley, terrible service
Manager is the worst, will blame you for all their problems, worst location ever never come here. Manager didn’t wanna refund or remake my order because someone else took it when he never even said my order number. Tried to pin the whole thing on me. Please don’t come here unless you wanna lose your money and never get your food. Slow workers as well.
Ordered food at the counter, sat at the tables waiting for my order. Allegedly someone “stole” my order while me sitting there and waiting. I kindly asked for a remake or refund, manager said rudely that it’s my own fault and he will not remake or refund. He had zero desire to make the situation right. Stay away from this location. Terrible customer service. Never coming back again.
