The young lady, Taniesha was very polite and friendly. She took her time to take my order, she spoke clearly and she was so polite. She is the right one to be on the drive thru. Thank you.
The AC had went out there was also a pipe busted and water and flies everywhere, really should have shut the restaurant down for the day or however long it took to repair everything after all of this was told to go through drive-thru or it took another 30 minutes
I have never NOT been able to the. breakfast hashbrown. I was able to the breakfast hashbrown from the location. It was slightly warm and saturated in grease. I think It was left over from yesterday at best. Only HC or Orange juice. Based on my experience MCDONALD'S revoke the franchise from the owner.
Ordering kiosks did not all work properly. Long line to order at counter. Front line staff must have been over-worked. Slow and surly. Multiple items missing from our order. No cream or sugar for the coffees, no napkins, no plastic ware for eating the pancakes, no syrup either. Staff was too busy to supply missing items.
The worst customer service, employees and management just don’t care for good customer service anymore.
