Waited 20 minutes in the Drive-Thru for a mocha frappe. However at the end at maximum frustration a gentleman came outside and wanted to know what I ordered and he immediately took care of it and I really appreciated that. I was tired and angry at that point but this gentleman did a great job. Thanks to this man I am not angry at McDonald's
Door dash is more important than the customer in the store I waited 10 minutes for a coffee and ain't no customer service
