Went to the one on Frayser Boulevard and Hollywood (3/24/25). I ordered a pack of warm cookies for me to get to the window and I guess she was a manager or something to tell me that they don’t warm up cookies anymore. I was just there a few days prior and ask for the same service with no problem. And I’ve never had a problem at no other location for the same service. According to the commercial it said that your cookies are served warm right. So if I’m paying for warm cookies I expect warm cookies. And this was an older lady... read more

I had a mobile order paid for extra mayonnaise And didn’t get any so I went back and told Them they had me waiting 10 Minutes just to put extra mayonnaise on it and it still didn’t have mayonnaise on it so I went back and them just for them to come back and say the put mayonnaise packets in the bed 🤦🏽♀️ bad experience do not recommend going there
