I’ve simply never seen service this bad in my life. When you come to McDonald’s, you expect at least some basic standards, but this is just terrible. I honestly don’t understand who hired this staff or how they were hired. It looks like they just picked people off the street and put them to serve customers. Their appearance is awful, the place is dirty, and the service is disgusting.
Show food listing on board but some items are not available which is very frustrating, I believe its false advertisement Hadn’t been here in a while thought that my Hispanic brothers and sisters were still there working once again my order was wrong. Simple order coffee, but I got cold coffee coffee was not hot and ask for an egg and cheese bagel with no breakfast sauce. Tell me why the breakfast sauce was on there and it was cold. So sad
