I have never had a lady be so rude. My husband wasnt given his drink. When he asked for it she snapped so rudely towards him "They didnt already give it to you" and still didnt bring it out for 5 minutes so I went in to ask for it and a managers number and she wouldnt not give it to me. Shes a short girl with braces and an awful attitude. I hope they hire better staff because this was an unnecessary experience and ive never been refused to speak to a manager before. They are very unprofessional, you get a 50/50 chance of them getting your order right, if you order inside they take like 30mins, drive through is sometimes quick but they are very rude If you ask them to get you something else. The interior seems like it has no AC it is always hot.
Late visit with a group of kids so play place was nice to have to keep them busy. Brought our food to the table after ordering with the app on our phone without having to remind them and everything was fresh.
