Bathroom door locks broke, management laughed about it. Dont bother ordering no salt they just re drop the salted fries ao you get over cooked air in a shell. Order a big mac and xl drink with upsized fries, 17 plus and only the cola was put together correctly, because it was coke with no ice... pretty hard to mess up... Bravo at being worth less than what youre being paid. Close it down. Garbage work.

Disappointing.. ordered 2 cheeseburgers and a fry. Fries were cold. Cheeseburgers were wrapped in the yellow cheeseburger wrap but there was no cheese on either. So not only did I have a sub-par lunch but they also stole my money for the difference in burgers.

Went through the drive through and ordered a BLT on bagel. Waited at the second window since they needed more time , that’s fine . I finally get my blt and take a bite and there is zero mayo , none at all. This is a hard place to turn back around I had to leave the parking , turn around at shell and get back into the McDonald’s parking . I go in and say they forgot the mayo and they get a remake. As a delivery driver, I am extremely frustrated with the night shift at McDonald's Regent Sudbury. Almost every night there are excuses such as "we don't have the order," "someone else took it," or "we just received it." These delays regularly cause customers to cancel orders and waste drivers' time. The restaurant is much less busy at night than during the day, yet service is significantly slower.
