Every car is asked to pull to a parking space to wait. 5 cars are parked and waiting for food. Common practice at this location. Every time you order you are asked to park. Unacceptable
The serving time was slow
This is my closest location and I've been known to go out of my way to avoid it. Today I think they were trying to set a new record in suckage. I ordered on the app, hoping to save some time. When I arrived, I started a timer. It took 9:30 to complete my order after I pulled in. All the while I was watching the front-of-house staff "hurry up and wait."
