They don’t even answer the phone this McDonalds sucks don’t go there and then they take 30 minutes and the service is bad half the time they don’t give you all The food you order and the caramel frappe Machine never works better take the 30 minutes drive to a different one
I went in to use the bathroom. Number 2 all over the seat! Turned right around and left. Its 10am!
Received my food thru the drive thru. Filet of fish bun covered with a black substance. Called on the phone they kept picking up acting as though they can't hear me. Horrible customer service.
Just went to pick up some lunch for the family, had me waiting in the parking lot for 15-20 minutes, NOT fast food, and didn’t even get the order right. Missing items, went in to get them, and they had me waiting ANOTHER 15 minutes. I’m at the house now, and have discovered they didn’t make the food correctly either. Pickles when asked for no pickles, onions when asked for no onions. Most of it is cold now, frappe is completely melted.
