I am writing to express my concern regarding the service at this McDonald’s location. I live nearby and frequently order from this restaurant. However, over the past two years, I have experienced more than twenty instances where my order was either incorrect or missing items. Unfortunately, today’s experience was the most disappointing. This is one of the best McDonalds on the island. They have the same work crew all the time and they seem happy which makes for a good customer experience. The dining room is always clean and just pleasant to sit and dine in. I have noticed that McDonald prices have now be updated to make it more reasonable given the type of food they are serving.
