I had a terrible experience at this location. I was sweating while waiting for my ice cream as there was no ac running. When I went to pick up my food the staff was so impatient and giving attitude.
Disrespectful staff. I had a complaint about the staff at the drive through so I walked inside to speak to a manager.. manager waved me off just as disrespectfully as the teen at the drive through.. this location needs proper training with communication skills.
During my recent visit to this McDonald’s location, I was disappointed by both the environment and the level of customer service. The dining area was extremely hot, as there was no functioning air conditioning, which made the experience uncomfortable. In addition to the poor conditions, the staff were unprofessional and impatient. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this location at all.
Very fast service and polite staff.
