I ordered a Filet O’Fish hamburger for my 3 year old kid and upon taking the second bite, he discovered a fish bone embedded in the sandwich (please see attached photo). This is not merely an inconvenience; it is a significant safety issue. A fish bone poses a choking hazard, especially for children, and could have resulted in a severe injury. I am deeply disappointed with this McDonald’s
