What is the point of mobile order if the food is never ready. Always out of stuff and never have food ready.
Smh. Get the black lady from the drive thru please..she is nice and all but she is too slow to take orders when yall have lines at 4 pm by the airport. Im sorry she need to work the front or be on the grill something else. Lord have mercy.

a lady named elizabeth took my order and didn’t give me a receipt. as well as gave my friend attitude. I didn’t know what my number was so i stood at the counter for 30 minutes they still didn’t call out my order. other people who ordered before me got their food. we complained but got told to wait even after we were waiting for 30 minutes already. we had to ask the manager to receive our food. grow up elizabeth.
This lady named Elizabeth took our order and first, did not give a receipt. Secondly, she gave bad costumer service as she gave my friend and I attitude. We both waited over 30 minutes to receive our food. Additionally, we complained twice, asking for our food once and got told we needed to wait. However, we had told them we waited 30 minutes already.
