This is the worst McDonald’s location I have ever visited. The staff are extremely rude toward customers. They mostly speak among themselves in a language customers do not understand, while laughing and making inappropriate gestures. When customers ask questions, they do not receive clear or respectful answers. This is a standard McDonald’s, but the quality of customer service is far below expectations. Overall, a very disappointing experience.
If we could give it a -minis 0, I would. From the front of house staff to the cook. OMG, the guy in the back squishing our food into the burritos with his bare hands. No hair net. Touching the garage and then went back to preparing customers food. We threw the food out without even eating it. This is the most disgusting McDonald's experience. I come here often. Usually good service but today I was so taken aback and embarrassed. Long line and no was acknowledged. After waiting for awhile I said excuse can you take our order nobody has said anything to us. The manager than starts raising her voice and telling me it doesn’t matter if she takes the order now we will still have wait in line. She was completely rude and out of line. I visited here with my wife and kids. Absolutely disgusting. They closed off the back section when we came around 8 pm. This is a McDonald’s in a major mall with lots of guests and we had to stand and eat and I can see open tables. The staff insisted that they can’t open that side. Hello McDonald’s corporate. Are you guys aware the staff are doing this??? Offcourse we will never return to this location.
Takes near a hour to get medium fries, workers don’t use gloves seats are never clean and it takes an hour to get ur food which is unacceptable.
