⭐ 1/5 As a truck driver, I’ve eaten at more than 20 McDonald’s locations across the GTA. I normally don’t visit the ones inside Walmart, but I happened to be shopping here and decided to grab a quick meal. Unfortunately, this was easily the worst McDonald’s experience I’ve had. Make sure to check your bags before leaving! We ordered cookies with our meal today, paid for them, and drove all the way home only to find out they were completely left out of the bag. Super annoying. Double-check your order at the window because they are clearly rushing and missing items.
Worse service ever. Took 20 mins to give us our food but all the food we orders was readt already.
The service at this location relies heavily on gaming the metrics rather than actual efficiency. The team consistently practices premature bumping, clearing orders from the Kitchen Display System (KDS) long before the food is actually bagged.This results in the customer-facing lobby screen displaying my order as "Now Serving" while I am left standing at the counter waiting for several minutes. I asked for no cheese. She comes back 5 minutes later and had removed the cheese but forgot a part of it. What a shame!!
