Always slow, only location that makes multiple people nauseous (the food) and is NEVER clean
This newly renovated location does not inspire a welcoming atmosphere. It's cold, lifeless and uncomfortable. Even though it's new and shiny, it's leaning towards the days when they tried to promote the McCafe idea. Maybe it's too early to tell but I'm not a fan. The food and service is still decent with staff that know their clients on a personal level. The play place is gone and no longer the kids friendly environment that made it fun to come to. Came in for a quick lunch and the manager, I believe that short one, was so disrespectful and two faced, one second she looks to the person beside me smiling and another she looks at me and changes her face expression and rolled her eyes. I was trying to ask for some napkins bc there was not any, everything was empty outside like straws and lid and napkins, as I was asking she ignored me and walked away after she nodded, she turned away laughing with her coworkers.
