Fries are always delicious, but the posted hours aren’t reliable and they don’t answer the phone. Also, no refills at this location.
Opening hours are daily 6 am to 11 pm. Drive thru is supposed to be 5:30 am to 11pm. I went there because it has a fantastic Mountain View. And it is the most scenic McDonald’s and worth the photo. We had breakfast and it was a complete disaster. We waited over 30 mins. Everyone was complaining and leaving. It was chaos. Tables were dirty. I keep coming here hoping for a better experience but it’s generally bad. The orders always take a very long time and the seating area is usually dirty. There are two McDonald’s in Kaneohe and they are both pretty bad.
Poor customer service. Not coming to this location again. Do nor recommend. Go to any other location.
