Parking lot could stand some cleanup
The food was cold.... couldn't get the order right even if I had written it with a red Crayola. The food was for my god daughter or I would have given up. Ore McFlurry- nope, med fries and small fries not even lukewarm, plain hamburger no bun nope, nuggets cold.. the sweet tea was descent. I was in the drive thru 30+ minutes. Now I know why they have no customers.
The service was slow, they asked me to wait so I waited 10 minutes and never got my order. I had to come inside to ask for a refund and no one will assist me. This was July 21st at 10:26am. This is horrible and disrespectful. Now I’m late for work while they make other people orders. The manager on duty continues to ignore me which is a black female with tattoos that still continues to ignore my request for a refund
I’ve experienced 5 months of bad customer service from this location and today is when it has came to a blow. A Hispanic manager was very unprofessional and tried to over charge me for a drink that was made incorrectly. She was trying to charge me for sugar even when I asked for it to be added into the drink at the speaker but they didn’t ring it up properly.
