Lately, their food is always cold despite me being right there as they supposedly make my order. Also, their fries taste very bland. I used to like going to this location but not anymore.
It's McDonald's. In my visits, the place was clean and staff was pleasant.

Every single time I go which is like thrice a month? At least one thing is always fricking wrong and then I go up get it fixed and it comes back as something else wrong, the food does taste good though so 4 stars for food, 3 for service
