It's been a common problem that the root beer tastes watered down, which usually means either a clog in the line or that the syrup was running low. I work at Coca-Cola so I know how these machines work. However, this time instead of acknowledging the problem the staff tells me "that's just how it comes" now. Absolutely terrible service, I’ve been waiting in the drive thru for about over half an hour and only 3 cars were in front of me. I chose curbside pick up on the app and it was changed to drive thru for no reason. This is absolutely ridiculous what kind of “fast food” is this. I don’t recommend this location at all. After all, that wait the guy didn’t even give me a straw even after I asked if there was.
