Very bad guest service. Worst service ever I had experienced. Regretted to chosen this location. I went twice but still made wrong. No sense of guest hospitality. Not even apologized. Showed negative attitude instead of correcting
At first they gave me wrong coffee ! Second they told me to park the car ! When I denied and then they gave me re used cup !!!!!! Where is your customer service ??? Employee at the window gave me the attitude too !!
Worst and pathetic hospitality at nights. Straight away denial for ice-creams after waiting in a long queue. There also seems to be no courtesy at the drive way. Would never like to visit it or recommend to anyone.
