Order was ready but staff kept me waiting for no reason. Very poor customer service and unprofessional behavior. This location needs better training on how to treat customers.
Waiting is understandable when it’s busy — but standing at the counter while a ready order is deliberately ignored is not acceptable. The staff member showed no urgency or respect for customers’ time. Management should address this behavior to maintain service standards.
My order was already marked ready, but the staff member at the counter made me wait for about 10 minutes without any explanation. There were no other customers being helped during that time. This felt very unprofessional and unnecessary. Customer service should be respectful and efficient. I hope management provides proper training.
