Please stop sending your more elderly members of staff out in icy conditions to give app orders to drivers. If they fall it could seriously injure them. Send the younger/fitter members of the team out.
The experience at this location was horrible . I bought a bagel breakfast sandwich at 10.06 am and was given a burnt bagel at the drive through after waiting for the order for more than 5 mins. The egg and sausage was nothing to write home about. I had to trash the order no value for my money
I come to this location often and I would like to mention that Tina and Susie are absolutely wonderful — always so friendly and welcoming. Their customer service is excellent and they truly make every visit a pleasant experience.
