Suffice to say : The more automated, and less “human” oriented, that they make fast food restaurants the worse it gets.
Customer service is so focused on drive thru the front counter gets neglected. I was waiting to ask for a fork and was looked at more than once by 2 different people. Customers inside are just as important.
30 MINUTES FOR ONE SANDWICH!!! Guess who littered garbage thru the parking lot after???
