Went through the drive-thru and was asked to park and wait. It took about 30 minutes to receive my order, and it was still incomplete. I then had to go inside, where it took another 30 minutes of me standing there just to get two McChickens. I have visited both locations on Commercial Street in Salem, OR. And they sometimes get the orders correct, but we are frequently missing items that were ordered. I have also used DoorDash for delivery, and the bags are sealed completely. However, items are sometimes missing, so I know the store has forgotten to include them. Nevertheless, DoorDash is great and takes care of the issue by refunding. McDonald's needs to do better.
