First of all love the idea of McDonald’s done in being open late now. Although the ambience had a very disgusting experience when visited here, the bakery had expired goods in it and when confronted the employee working they mentioned that the morning crew keeps the tag and it is good for the entire day, although the tag was right freaking there!! This is genuinely the worst McDonald’s in Sudbury, I do everything in my power to actively avoid it and go to Newgate instead. The workers have zero customer service abilities and the managers are equally as ambivalent. Drive thru workers regularly hand out food with no words exchanged, and no way to know if it’s really your order you’re paying for or receiving. Every single time we have gone here something is missing from our order without fail! Today was both a fry and a cheeseburger on a fairly small order. I understand the lunch rush however missing parts of orders multiple times is ridiculous and frankly unprofessional. I don't typically go to McDonald's however I was in a bit of a rush today and forgot my lunch at home and this just proves why I won't go back again.
