Unprofessional and Rude Service – Unacceptable Experience I had a terrible experience at this location due to the extremely rude and unprofessional behavior of an employee named Mitanshu. When he first called out my order number, I didn't hear him clearly, so I politely said "sorry?" He repeated the number, and when I confirmed it was mine ("yes"), he started shaking his head and making comments about me to his fellow coworker right in front of me.
