Every time i come here they mess up the order i get. I dont know how in the world you mess up a 2 item order. Its gotten to the point where i have to go to minors mcdonalds just to get the correct food i ordered. I say one time is okay but its every time and it has been happening for a while now. Please just double check the bag before you give it to the customer. It would prevent alot of this. Reviews shouldnt have to help you manage a store. The basic principle is getting the food you ordered.
Fast service, order was correct and food was hot.
Pulled up at the drive thru and waited to order. I said “hello” several times while two other cars ordered and pulled forward in the other lane after I got there. Finally, someone asked for my order. I told them I wanted the McDouble value meal, but wanted to upsize to a medium fry and medium drink. The employee told me they could do the drink, but it was against policy to upsize the fry.
