I don’t usually leave reviews, but this experience was bad enough that I felt I had to. I waited 35 minutes for a vanilla latte. After standing there for that long, I finally went up to the counter to ask what had happened. That’s when they told me they were out of vanilla and could give me a refund. The frustrating part is that nobody came to tell me. If I hadn’t walked up to ask, I have no idea how much longer I would have been left waiting. Went through drive thru for two mcwraps and a snack wrap. Waited 20min for “fresh chicken” to get nothing but cold food. After 14+ vehicles had passed through after I was told to wait. Go else where for your dons.
Don't let this blow your mind but.... The ice cream machine was down.
