With most people, we have limited time for lunch. Waiting over 10 minutes to pick up a mobile order is not acceptable
I love when instead of the Carmel apple frappe that I wanted I get iced coffee instead because the woman couldnt be bothered to say they were out of the mix. Got a refund but that is ridiculous
They will put your order up for grabs and wont let you know if its been stolen and will not call you if a doordasher reports it as stolen, this is absolutely abysmal customer service and needs to be changed.
We walk in just wanting to order our food and next thing we know this Jason MAN, this grown man asked where we were from, our age clearly visible we’re 16-17, then he proceeds to say where he was from and kept looking at us, and tried to hold my friends hand while he gave her, her ice cream, super uncomfortable.
I waited in line for 10 minutes then I waited in line for another 10 minutes and they kept messing up my food.
