As always at this location I’m ALWAYS PULLED aside and have to wait on my food. It’s ALWAYS an issue with the Frappes and the frappe machine. Any sauces, ketchup, mustard, mayo, or salt is too extra and overwhelming needs to be toned down some. Although having to wait food is fresh and hot…which is an upside to everything.
Always long wait times because the service is slow. If you don’t check your bag you’ll find out they missed an item and on top of that they throw your food in the bag so your fries will be upside down and your nugget container won’t be closed properly. It also is frustrating when the fries aren’t fresh or when your sitting at the drive thru speaker for longer than necessary because they’re not paying attention.
Worst place to eat in
I have epilepsy so I go to McDonald’s when I need to especially busy on the road running errands and you yesterday was awful. I ordered two of the new chicken snack wraps and starving so it started eating the whole thing then realized the chicken wasn’t cooked all the way along with the undercoat fries they gave me the wrong tea.
