Gave up waiting on my order after waiting over an hour. I wasn't the only one. Lobby was filled with other people who weren't getting their orders either. Staff was focused on only moving drive thru and were barely answering customers at the front counter. Couldn't even get a refund.
Food was ready in no time and was correct! Over the years I feel as though McDonald's has cut on the quality of their food while charging more. But as for the service of this actual store I couldn't ask for better.
I’m pissed over 30 dollars and my fries taste cold and undercooked, the mchicken is hard and supposed to be toss out and made fresh, then my nuggets are cold.this is pathetic then you have a employee up front not in uniform with dress shoes and black jacket i worked here over a year ago and i recall in the employee handbook that every employee had to wear the proper shoes and show McDonald’s logo on their shirts and wear the McDonald’s hat and they didn’t have that on their either and i remember running circles through that ... read more
