Ordered ahead, waited at the window for like 5 min for 3 mcchickens, and they were smashed like they got punched or balled up. What a waste of my time and money
Ordered through the app before I even went to McDonald's. Waited another 15 minutes to get cold food .. y'all are the worst McDonald's in America
I really think having to put your own order in at those kiosks takes away from the routine of their service. I needed to pay cash but no one was at the register after I put my order in. I had to interrupt a lady doing orientation to ask to pay for my food in order to start my order. No receipt was given at kiosk to show cash register my order number either. Lack of human contact is lack of communication and it has a negative effect.
