The slowest fast food I've ever had. They forget things in your order and ignore you when you tell them so you have to go back through the drive thru to get it. Order one item and have to wait 25 minutes for it with screaming babies in the car. If you go inside, your food is so slow and just sits at the counter and they dont bring it to you for so long your food is cold. We also found cat hair IN our nugget. Every single time I come to get a strawberries and cream pie, they are out, or don't want to make them, or even charge you for them and then replace them with cookies, which is actually a downgrade! Today I came and asked ahead of time and said do you have any pies? She said yes. I said okay I will have two she said okay. Okay it's a 4-minute wait. I said I thought you had pies. Order is wrong alot. When you mobile order and there are no customers, your order still takes 15 minutes. No sense of urgency. Food is always old or never good. Don't use your app to complain as it seems nothing is fixed and seems service gets even worse after.
