This was the worst McDonalds I have ever been to or experienced. Poor service! The atmosphere was unclean and disappointing. The dinning area had food and garbage all over tables in many different areas. No other people even inside the restaurant. Therefore I seen was no reason it should be dirty like that! No workers were cleaning. Trash bins were full and overflowing. Workers did not greet you! They expect you to order at the machine (that was have errors). Orders inaccurate again. Breakfast meal missing from order, not realized until several miles later. So mom went without while kids traded what had been packed. No tefund yet will keep trying. Thankfully Kwik Trip had what we needed.
I ordered through my mobile app form Nevada for my brother. The app said it’s ready to be picked up, he went and when he got there, they said they cancel it for some reason even tho on the app and my bank statement it says it went thru. I spoke to the manager , I think her name was Gilda. She was really rude and wasn’t trying to hear me. I wouldn’t recommend this location if they’re just going to cancel ppl order without their consent & being rude. Really unprofessional. I still haven’t gotten my refund
