Poor customer service experience. A trainee took our order and mistakenly added extra fries instead of the apple slices that normally come with a Happy Meal. One worker apologized and said it would be corrected at the first window—but when we received the meals, the apple slices were still missing. At the next window, a staff member was extremely rude and insisted we pay for the apple slices. I explained that we didn’t request extra fries and that apple slices are supposed to be included. Only mc d at least for the morning shift that gets everything right. I do door dash and the surrounding one won’t even let me know the soda is down. The morning shift at this one is the best in town. Old review before - Ordered 4 hamburgers. Was given 2 burgers and 2 that were only pickles and bread.
The drive thru women rushed us my friend couldn't even get a chance to see menu will not be back just cause your busy doesn't mean you rush someone ordering and our rude about it
Great place to grab a quick bite. But I am knocking one star for the occasional order screw up. They never answer the phone if you get the order to go and discover the mistake on the road. Least they still offer the $5.00 value meals, which is at least filling enough and service speed improved.
